Charlie Magri, founder of Otherside, participated in the IBA Annual Conference on the panel “The far-reaching impact of INTERPOL Red Notices.”

The session examined how INTERPOL Red Notices influence immigration, arbitration, mining, investment disputes, and white-collar proceedings, and discussed how practitioners can address the misuse of INTERPOL mechanisms before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF).

As part of the panel, Charlie delivered a presentation on INTERPOL and shared insights drawn from his experience within the CCF and his current work representing clients worldwide in Red Notice removal and related CCF proceedings.
