When Does Otherside Collect Personal Data?

When you interact with Otherside, by any means, especially when you visit and browse the Website, you may be required to communicate certain personal data about yourself, i.e., information allowing your direct or indirect identification.

To enable Otherside to respond quickly, please indicate your first name, last name, email, and postal address. Some requests to exercise your rights (right of access) must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature to verify your identity and specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent to you, except in special cases, within one (1) month following receipt of the request.

How Is Your Personal Data Protected?

Otherside is committed to ensuring the security of the data you transmit. To prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction, loss, damage, or disclosure, appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect the collected data.

In particular, the security of your data is ensured by the use of an SSL certificate to ensure the security of exchanges on the Website, as well as by limiting access to your data to only authorized persons who need to perform a specific job.

The personal data collected by Otherside is not transferred outside the European Union, except in the case of using a foreign correspondent, with your agreement. Your personal data is hosted on a server located within the European Union.

To Whom May Otherside Disclose Your Personal Data?

The personal data collected by Otherside is not sold to third parties.

However, we may share personal data with third parties, under certain circumstances and in compliance with applicable regulations, namely:

  • Our partners involved in our legal missions such as lawyers, consultants, mediators, experts, translators, interpreters;
